Why we collect data

Information collected as part of the Better Security, Better Care programme will be used to provide advice, support and training to help you to complete the NHS Data Security Protection Toolkit (DSPT).

How we collect data

Information may be collected when you contact us through forms on this website, directly by email or by phone.

This information will be sent directly to the Service Development Team within Central Bedfordshire Council’s Social Care, Health and Housing department.  Central Bedfordshire Council will be the data controller for this information.

Information will not be shared with any third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.

2. Email or telephone contact details
3. Details of your request for support and any advice given
4. Booking details for workshops or other training
5. Any other information provided by you in relation to your request

We will retain your information for no longer than three years then we will securely destroy it.
