FREE DSPT Webinars

Completing the DSPT Workshop.

Although the Toolkit is relatively straight forward to complete, to try and help you with the process as much as possible, we are facilitating a series of webinars where you can work through the Toolkit with our assistance.

If you have not completed the Toolkit, we will work with you after the workshop to identify what you need to do next.

These workshops are open to all Care Providers based in Central Bedfordshire, Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes.  Care providers registered in other areas are covered by different projects. (see full list)

Important

Once you have booked your place you will receive a confirmation email detailing the preparation needed beforehand (it’s not too much work). The email will include example templates and policies needed to complete the Toolkit.

You need to register to use the DSPT. This only takes a couple of minutes. You can find out how to do so here (we also offer a workshop to support with this if you need help). If you do not have the documents and policies before the webinar, you will not be able to complete the DSPT. There are a range of templates/examples of all the necessary policies and procedures that we think you will need on our DSPT Resources Page.

Attending the Workshop

To join the workshop, click on the link in the confirmation email. If you have any problems please email SCHHServicedevelopment@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk We will also share a range of resources and guides following the workshop.

Workshop etiquette

When you join the workshop your microphone will be automatically muted. This is to cut background noise down to a minimum.  We will be using the chat facility for questions.
